I've stayed twice and enjoyed my stay. People that run this place are great! 07/22/18 UPDATE: AS known I've reviewed this location a couple of times. ANYTHING I've ever said negative I completely take back. First off people this place is a work in progress. This needs to be taken into consideration before you pass judgement. They are still trying to fix up and of course had snags... I know this personally. Stayed there 3 times now, and gotten to know the staff well. The manager is a great woman. She's the bomb! Does what she can to help people. Even on her personal time. She has helped me in a couple situations. Ones that are close to my heart. The people I've met there are good folks. The negative reviews on here I know for a fact are people mad because Regina does her job. She makes that place a safe place for the kids and her retired people. She's great at what she does. I WILL STAY AGAIN!

I stayed here recently for a few weeks due to a house fire and it was the perfect place for me and my son. Peaceful and quiet and very cozy! Nice large room with great neighbors. The lady at the office Regina was the sweetest ever. Not only did she make sure my room was clean & ready on time. She has a small food pantry for the needy families that stay here. Thank you Mrs.Regina for helping us out in a time of need.

The bad comments are respectable, I didn’t hope it was something very good either, but when I went I was speechless, the rooms were very clean, the staff Ernesto was very friendly, the place is very peaceful, you can tell that the rooms have been remodeled, the kitchen is very clean, everything is perfect, it is ideal

This is an extended stay motel. Also, one or two nights is okay. Extended stay means you will be washing your own linens and towels. Laundry machines us quarters only. No change, soap, dryer sheets, etc. available onsite There was TP when I got here. I don't think it or bath soap is provide otherwise. The room was modern, clean and appealing with the exception of the floor needing to be swept and mopped. There is a very small kitchen with a good two burner stove (no oven), microwave and a full size frig. It is inconvenient, as it is very small, but not impossible for cooking. One very comfortable queen bed in the room. No bugs. Front desk and maintenance personnel are competent, very nice, helpful and determined that there be no bugs and presumably bad tenants. There is no foolishness going on here. The building is set back from a busy, but not too busy, state highway and amazingly quite. There are few businesses on this stretch of the road, so little congestion. There are some basic businesses such as convenience stores and restaurants, are within a short walking distance. I-75 is close. Two miles down the road begins all the shopping you need. Walmart, restaurants and more. There is even an excellent automobile museum. The price literally couldn't be beat. What do I wish was realistically different? A 50% larger room, and a pool. Actually for what it's trying to be (and succeeding), it's really good.

Just remodeled everything, rooms are nice, staff is friendly and helpful. They keep it quiet here and don't allow BS. I love it.

The front office staff is great Ms. Alicia,Ms. Stephanie,Mr Ernesto they are very attentive and understanding. The property is always clean and quiet.

The staff here is great. Their aways speaking. The room is comfortable. Jaimie Johnson, lying on people will get you no where. You wasn't door dashing, no one was aggressive with you. Tell the truth. Karen!!! You know you was looking for something else.

If I could give the manager a 10, I would...she is very concientious to every detail and truly cares about this property. I've read some of the reviews in which people state issues which are untrue. It is a very pleasant, clean, economical place to stay. As far as the long term guests, everyone is very nice and respectful of others. They tolerate no nonsense and will act upon if necessary. For anyone to say anything negative about, it simply isn't true. It is very safe, quiet, and convenient to everything. Also they are no pests which is amazing. It is a pet friendly property which is a big plus.

Traveling medical professional here just transferred from CT . Found this location last minute on Xmas Eve . BEST PRICE in town ! . Both Alicia’s helped me last minute with a great studio . Clean quiet and safe . I’m very happy 🥰 Merry Christmas 🎄
